The photo had been posted by someone who saw the car at some event so he doesnt have any contact details of the owner sadly.

What are Cam O Matic wipers on a 58 Buick ? how are they different to normal wipers ? how do I check if my car has it or not ? My car is a restoration project which I hope to start very soon so nothing can be operated at the moment
