backlit B58 Buick display

I have a backlit display of a 1958 Buick B58 that appears to be possibly from a dealer at one time. It even has carpet swatches & vinyl/leathersamples. It also has interchangeable transparencies that allow you to view it in various colors. Is anyone familiar with this item,or have further questions or comments?

I saw one on ebay last year, but I'm not that familiar with them.
