Electronic ignition for the 58

Postby Dynastar » Mon Sep 15, 2008 4:35 pm

Hi all,
Does anyone have any good/bad experiences with converting to electronic ignition? I have been toying with the idea of fitting a Pertronix kit to my Special, but I have read some bad reports - can anyone enlighten me?

Many thanks

Forget the Pertronix - get a Crane XR-i points conversion kit. I have run this in my last two cars, and love it. Never had a problem.
