Who rebuilds them? Or are they sold new? That would be nice...
Also, for the power booster, it's supposed to be cad plated...is that something I would have to do myself if I had it rebuilt?

CARS, Inc rebuilds the boosters and master cylinders. They also sell rebuild kits if you prefer to do it yourself. Not sure if they do the plating, though.
