A friend of mine bought one a couple of years ago. I sent him an e-mail to see if he remembers where he got it. He might have had it custom made.
Otherwise, get on the net and search for the junk yards out west - might find a decent used one. Hint: the Arizona yards are pricey.

My friend replied - he bought it off of ebay, doesn't remember the seller's name.
I would think a sheet metal shop could make a patch panel for you.
