Rochester 4GC: how much fuel?

Hello!
Trying to get the Rochester 4GC carburetor working. I know air gas ratio should be somewhat 12:1. However, when I look down the carburetor throat while engine running on idle and hit the accelerate I can see droplets of gasoline coming out of primary venturi. For me this seems to be too much gasoline, but I am not sure. That is why I am asking your help
Should it be more spray of gasoline coming out from venturi or should it be droplets?
You can find a short video of the situation from youtube: https://youtu.be/E8oJzdDfWws
Cheers,
Mika
